About the job opening

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Mapping: Identify and profile potential clients, including newly launched token projects, Web3 foundations, and institutional asset managers.

  • Pitch Deck & Materials Preparation: Collaborate with our quantitative trading and legal teams to build custom, data-driven pitches, liquidity proposals, and commercial marketing collateral.

  • Market Intelligence & Social Listening: Monitor market trends, competitor movements, upcoming token launches, and industry discussions across key digital channels to identify fresh commercial and marketing opportunities.

  • Content & B2B Publishing Support: Assist in drafting professional content, research insights, and market commentary for the firm’s B2B distribution channels, including institutional newsletters (e.g., Substack), blog platforms (Medium, Mirror), and corporate communication channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter).

  • Community & Echo-System Engagement: Support the growth team in managing the firm's professional presence across institutional Web3 communication networks (Telegram, Farcaster, Discord), ensuring consistent brand voice.

  • Brand Amplification & Event Management: Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and coordinate logistics for the firm’s presence at major institutional fintech and digital asset conferences.

  • Client Onboarding Support: Assist in coordinating with our legal and compliance teams to ensure smooth KYC/AML onboarding for new institutional counterparties.

    Responsibilities:

  • Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Market & Domain Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of financial markets, digital asset ecosystems, order books, and the operational mechanics of market makers. Familiarity with spot and derivatives trading structures is highly advantageous.

  • Communication & Professional Presentation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to craft compelling professional content and confidently interface with institutional stakeholders, corporate clients, and internal trading teams.

  • Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the capability to interpret market data, track marketing campaign performance metrics, and build comprehensive, data-driven commercial proposals.

  • Digital & Web3 Medium Proficiency: Familiarity with professional B2B marketing tools and deep comfort navigating Web3-native communication platforms (such as X/Twitter, Telegram, Substack, Farcaster, and Medium). Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma) are a strong plus.

  • Professional Integrity: A disciplined approach to work, with a proven capability to manage sensitive, proprietary, and pre-market information with the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
