You will own the end-to-end financial lifecycle, from daily reconciliation of trading sub-ledgers to long-term financial modeling.

Market making is essential to emerging digital assets because, without a liquid trading environment, market participants cannot buy or sell tokens without causing a drastic change in the market price. This phenomenon is known as "market slippage." AcheronTrading's services directly reduce market slippage and thus result in more efficient trade for market participants.

Emerging digital assets can be hyper-volatile during price discovery. We consult teams in designing and selecting the appropriate liquidity strategy to develop a liquid market while managing the inventory risk for their digital assets throughout their adoption cycle.
About the job opening
Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Accounting & Crypto Operations
Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable using accounting software integrated with crypto sub-ledgers.
Reconciliation: Perform rigorous reconciliation between exchange, custody solutions, and bank statements.
System Architecture: Select and implement the tech stack to automate the flow of trading data into financial reports.
2. Singapore Compliance & Payroll
Payroll & HR Admin: Execute monthly payroll, manage CPF contributions, and handle annual IR8A reporting for the team.
Tax Ownership: Lead the annual Corporate Tax filing, ensuring compliance with IRAS’s specific treatment of Digital Payment Tokens (DPT).
Regulatory Support: Assist leadership with financial data required for MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) licensing or reporting if applicable.
3. Financial Reporting & Audit
Monthly Close: Deliver a full management reporting pack (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) by month-end.
Audit Readiness: Act as the sole point of contact for auditors, preparing all schedules and technical memos on crypto-asset valuation.
4. Strategic Financial Modeling
Budgeting: Maintain the company’s runway model and burn-rate projections.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certification: CA (Singapore), CPA or ACCA qualification is mandatory.
Experience: 6+ years in accounting/finance, with at least 1–2 years in a crypto-native environment (Exchange, Fund, or Market Maker, etc).
Crypto Fluency: Highly prefer candidates who understand DeFi primitives, wallet architecture
